Restricting custom records
I have various custom record where I am wanting to restrict them in different ways.
So to explain;
I have a role with class restrictions (no location restrictions)
I have another role with location restrictions (no class restrictions)
My custom records are setup along these lines;
record1 = locationA classA
record2 = locationA classB
record3 = locationB classA
userA (class restricted to A) should see 1 & 3
userB (location restricted to should see 3
But on custom records I seem to only get 1 role restriction to work, not 2, can someone confirm this limitation?
It's causing more work for us as we need to make duplicated custom records where 1 is restricted to class and the other restricted to location...
