Online Customer Form + Custom Record
Hi everyone,
I have created a custom record with a bunch of fields, one of the field is of the List/Record type and attached to the Customer List/Record.
We would like to have an online form on our website that the customer can access to input their feedback.
For example,
NAME:
EMAIL:
Food - Score (Custom Field 1):
Drink - Score (Custom Field 2):
Total Score (HIDDEN)
[SUBMIT FORM]
Would it be possible to expose standard customer record fields and the custom record fields in the ONE form?
