Menu/Tab with added sub-selection (how to find this customisation)

With login as Administrator, I am at standard classic interface.

There is an extra sub-link/selection under the drop-down of Menu (Center Tab), but I just couldn't find how does this being configure & added in.

I have checked the Setup >>Customization >>"Center Tab" but isn't anything also not showing there. Not in the Center Category also.

Is there any other place where this additional link/selection is created?
Please advise. Many thanks in advance.
