Menu not reflected with Links added/deleted in Custom Center Category

We have a few new customised reports (Saved Reports), has assigned roles to audience, correctly.

User roles are set with correct Center Type and with required permissions to Transactions, Reports and Lists.

Then we added those new customised reports as Links into our "Custom Center Category".

Then on different computer/browser, browser cache cleared, then I login with the user account who has the that Role, but the Menu do not reflect with the links that I had added.

However, if this user change the appearance to "Classic Interface" and save, and then change it back without Classic Interface, then the menu will be able to show my newly added link.
