How to get the id and h values of each customer?

Hi All,

I have a following scenario

1:When a Sales Rep logs into a NetSuite shopping cart (or the Sales Rep logs into an external URL), a screen shows a list of customers associated with that Sales Rep. 
2:When the Sales Rep clicks on a customer, the Sales Rep is logged into the NetSuite shopping cart using that customer's NetSuite customer login credentials.

how should i do the second part
