NetSuite Gmail plug-in issue

Hi all,

I have the following problem:

In FireFox, I click on "Compose mail", but I do not see the "SAVE Message in NetSuite" checkbox next to Discard button.

But I see the checkbox when I open the existing email in Inbox/sent Mail.

After I reinstall FireFox & the plug-in, the issue is the same.


Any tips?
