Filtering on a Sublist (Quotes and Campaigns)
Hey NS'ers,
We use the Lead Source field on a Quote to enter in a marketing Campaign.
A marketing Campaign may result in multiple quotes. We are attempting to display those Quotes on the campaign.
I created a sublist search (Setup > customization > sublists...CRM) for Quotes, and added a filter on "Lead Source."
When I go to a particular campaign record (that has quotes) it doesn't show them. It just has the filter with double arrows (">>"), basically leaving you to select one.
Anyway it auto-filters based on the campaign record?
We are having the exact same problem with expense reports.
