New to netsuite.
Hello,
Sorry if this has been discussed previously, but I searched the site and was unable to find a related topic.
Currently I'm using the knowledge base portion within Netsuite for my company. However I'm having a bit of trouble with creating topics,subtopics and the solutions within each.
Ultimately I want to reuse some of the same Topics and the corresponding subtopics again for a "Main" Topic.
As an example;
JL Audio and MTX will be the two "Main" topics
Speakers and Subwoofers will be an additional two topics.
Now we will have the subtopics as , Quality, Sound, Performance, and Ratings.
