Sourcing image from product record for online case form

I'm trying to put a product image on our online case forms for products. I have a custom CRM field that sources from items' store display image. It seems to work great when the user manually selects the item they want help with:



The problem is when I use url paramaters to pre-select the product on my form I get a simple text caption of the store display image filename:



Anyone know how to get around this using url paramaters to pre-load field values on such a form?
