Kit/Package Item not showing in Category

Hi,

We have several kits with item categories set up. When a order is done manually, the item category is pulled in fine. The order displays correctly on our reports, but when a order comes from the Site then the item category doesnt get pulled in. Is there any way we can get the item category to work if a order comes from the site? right now, it displays no item category in the reports.

It's never easy with Netsuite so don't like to assume - but as the item category works when doing it manually - there should be a way to get it working on automatic orders coming from the site? I was thinking of doing some sort of workflow, but don't know how to do it.
