Need to filter bulk bill screen.... Custom field help required
Hi there,
I managed to create a search which shows me a list of fully committed orders only.
I did this using Summary Criteria of
SUM NVL({custcolbackorder_field},0)
SUM {quantity}-{quantitycommitted}
Criteria of
Type: Sales Order
Item : Can be Fulfilled is True
Status: None of Closed, Billed, Cancelled, Pending Approval
Results -
Number - Group
Name - Group
Location - Group
This works perfectly - HOWEVER I want a custom field on the Sales Order to display "Fully Commited" when it meets the above criteria, or even just a "1" or something which signifies its fully available.
THEN when on the bulk bill page I can filter on that custom field and just bill the fully commited orders.
