Logging Information against a Customer Entity
I don't know if transactions are the right way, or extending the customer entity is the right way. And either way the function is like writing a report. I just need:
A way of tracking the following fields against a customer:
Downloaded file name (from a custom record list)
Customer ID (I programmatically get this from the email address)
IP address field (free text)
Date Downloaded (date field)
Any help would be appreciated
