Help with a Mail Merge
Sorry, if this is not in the correct section, I'm new to netsuite and this forum so please excuse my ignorance.
I am attempting to make a mail merge letter to Microsoft word and everything inside of the record I want to comes over just fine. However, I need some information from the actual user to carry over as well. I can get the user's name but I am not able to get their phone number or extension.
What I thought would work was to create a workflow that would just place the users extension filling a new field named "user ext" inside of the record. I instructed the workflow to be fired before the record loaded.
