Inbound Email problem
Hi All
I have a BeforeSubmit script that runs on Inbound Email and parses text from the body and uses it to log a call.
All good when the email is sent to tickets@test.com. Incoming email logs the call and informs the customer of the new call.
However, if the email comes in with a CC or a BCC to tickets@test.com, NetSuite sees the recipient as "Undisclosed recipients:;". The ticket is logged, but NS doesn't inform the customer.
Any ideas?
