Inbound Email- Change recipient field?
We have a BeforeSubmit script that runs on inbound emails that come from our SNMP monitoring system.
The emails used to be sent to tickets@blah.com, but a change has meant the emails now come BCC'd to tickets@blah.com, so Netsuite sees the recipient as "Undisclosed Recipient".
I'm trying to write a script to force change this field, but it doesn't seem to work.. Any ideas?
