Advice RE Single Signon (SSO)?

Our IT director is pressing to incorporate our NetSuite usage/users into our SSO. He has only given me the Pros for doing this. (However, his Pros are in general, not specific to NS.)

I would like to hear some of the Cons. Or at least some of the cautionary tales. If you've brought NetSuite into your SSO, and if you have any to tell, please share!

Advice, Cons, cautionary tales.... I'll even take some Pros!
