Packing List PDF with inventory location address

Hello all,
I am trying to customize the packing list. One of the requirements is to not just have the company address show up, but actually print the address for the inventory location from which the items ship on the PDF.
I can see the location ID per line item. How do I get from there to printing the physical address in the header?

Also, how do I get this location and address to show up in the Main part of the Item Fulfillment form? When I go to customize->Screen Fields->Main, marking the checkbox for location, it does not make any difference.
