Enhancement Voting- how to replicate
Has anyone done something similar to NetSuite for incorporating enhancement voting to their customer center?
I am trying to figure out the structure- I have a record of defects/enhancements and I want the customer to be able to give a rating and comment on it.
I assume I need another record to manage the ratings since there will be multiple per item.
Anyway, if anyone has already thought through all this, please let me know how you did it!
