Global BCC List

The help for Global BCC List says:

"List email addresses to which you want to send blind copies of all outbound email messages, including transactions, individually sent emails, email merges, campaign emails, and system response emails."

However, this doesn't seem to be BCCing Support Case emails - is that the expected behaviour?
