2019.1 Sales Order Performance Issue

Our instance was upgraded this morning to 2019.1 and we are seeing a significant performance decrease when loading customers and items on a sales order.  If we try it in our 2018.2 sandbox, it is much faster than our 2019.1 production. I have an urgent case open with support, but I am curious if others have experienced this issue when going to 2019.1.  Thanks all!
