Web Services in V11

Hello,
My account is currently in beta for V11 and I am trying to find out if it is possible to access the new features of webservices while I'm in the beta program.  I have not been able to locate the new documention for the updated web services.  I am very interested in being able to item fulfillments through web services and want to test it out as soon as possible.  If anyone knows where I can find the documentation or how I can access the new web services, it would be greatly appreciated.
On a side note, I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems with icons not being display in the beta?  When I go to
