Item Fulfillment + Serialized Inventory = Broken

This morning we had a problem with not being able to fulfill sales orders without receiving the generic error message "An unknown error has occurred". This is strange since it was working all week (we were updated to v11 last week). I looked at the features we had enabled, looking for something we had turned on that we didn't use. First I turned off FedEx integration, and that didn't help. Then I tried turning the "serialized inventory" feature off and PRESTO! I could fulfill my orders once again.

NetSuite, I am sick of being your beta tester. You should be paying US to use this product! Get this fixed please.
