Problems with Online Customer Forms & Web Activity Page Hits Logging
Has anyone else had problems with Online Customer Forms since the switch to v11?
Our website uses them to capture customer information and 'log-in' to an online library area.
With the switch to v11 our form stopped working, people could register fine, but then Netsuite didnt give them access to the site when they tried to log-in. (great for us, we get the details, and dont need to bother with any fulfilment but not so good for the lead)
The workaround is to manually enter the customer lead record and then give access to the customer center and reset the password.
