NetSuite Changes Signature on email forms now defaults to sales rep???
I looked but do not see this question anywhere. Is it just me?
Friday when we inserted a signature into a NetSuite email to a customer AND/OR to a contact it was the signature of the person who is logged in, regardless of who the sales rep is on the record. NOW, the signature is that of the sales rep in the sales rep box on the customer. If I am not the sales rep on the customer, the signature WILL be the sales rep's signature???? This is not a pleasant surprise.
There seems to no longer be a signature option in the contact email form. Probably becasue there is no sales rep assignment to a contact?
