Messages Tab on Orders & Invoices reflecting the wrong info
Is anyone else seeing this?
Under the Messages tab on an order or invoice it shows if the order or invoice has be sent & how it was sent. All of ours are showing that they have been sent by Type of "E-mail" when if you view it, it shows that it was faxed. But this leads you to believe that the fax was successful, when in fact it might not have been.
Is there going to be a check between what's been faxes successfully & what's been recorded under the messages tab?
Is the Type always going to say E-mail or is this an Issue & will be fixed?
