I just placed a personal order for supplies for one of my hobbies.  During checking out, I had this eerry feeling of deja vu.....yup, the vendor was a Netsuite customer.  Always a fun thing to discover.

But they had a box where you could add special shipping instructions on the final portion of checkout.

I always wanted this feature.  I always read the upgrade notes, but never saw this one.

Anyone know how to flip this feature on?  I can really use it with my orders.
