Change Netsuite start page? Dashboard load time killing productivity

Is it possible to change which page loads initially when we start netsuite?

I'd prefer to load a text based page rather than the dashboard- loading all the new colors and 3d graphics takes forever!

If I multiply the number of times my employees load this page by the load time, you can quickly see how much this is costing us in productivity.

Can we skip the dashboard?
