Being Overbilled by Netsuite

Anyone else notice they have been overbilled the past two months?  This month we were overbilled (our credit card was charged on two different occasions for different amounts) and in May we were charged twice again (this time the second charge was only 25% extra). 

My accountant sent them an email yesterday with no response yet.  I tried to talk to someone but no luck. 

Very shady!!!
