Email Integration...
We have been unable to integrate our Outlook email since Version 11 -- we get an error "The Web Service has returned an unexpected error" -- we reported this issue over 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard a response.. We capture cases via this email feature and it is an important part of our support process --- Anyone else having email integration issues? any suggestions or advice?
Are there any plans to integrate with Mozilla email?
