What the ???? Philippines??

I am on Gold Support with a person in the Philippines?? They have 3 call centers now she told me Toronto, San Mateo nd Philippines.

I was on hold for 3 minutes before she answered and seems quite capable.

I guess I missed the NS memo about the new center.

She says she has been with NS for a year in Philippines.
