Gift Certificates

Hi,

I created a Gift Certificate Item and I am now trying to sell it using an Invoice.  When I save the invoice, I get a message saying "Enter values for Receipient Name, Recepient Email, From" - I have no idea where to enter these values as the form does not contain these fields at all!

Am I missing something basic here?
