Can't Save Changes to Location Record - MAJOR BUG in 11.0.4
Since we were upgraded to Ver 11.0.4, we can not SAVE any changes to any Location record. Clicking on the SAVE button results in:
A location already exists with that name. Go back change the name and resubmit.
This is NOT from a NEW record, but trying to SAVE any existing record.
I called this in to Tech Support and the rep confirmed the behavior in her account. This BUG affects every NetSuite customer.
We have a new location and need to change several existing locations as soon as possible. This is TOP PRIORITY, severity level "Blockage" -- No work-around, work stoppage.
