Sales Tax - Selling to US and Canadian customers
I have a unique situation where I need to collect and remit taxes to both US and Cdn tax agencies. I am using the US version of Netsuite. I understand that the Cdn. version of NetSuite handles the PST and the GST. The US version calculates taxes based on the State. My challenge is in trying to calculate/deal with the Cdn. taxes (particulary in Quebec) in the US Netsuite account. Apparently, in Netsuite US the webstore does not recognize the applicable tax code/percent for a Canadian customer (when the address info is included). Anyone has a solution/workaround for this situation?
