Version 2007 seriously maimed my website

Oh where, oh where did my $20K + website go? 

Netsuite
not sweet
all of our sweat
this is what we get
thousands spent
website bent
raising my cost
thousands lost

So, who's in charge around here?  Who do I need to call?  Will they listen?  So far, my experience would say otherwise.  I don't think I should pay to fix this.
