Ver 07 invalid password lockout?
I have a sales manager who did not set his security questions with our upgrade. He came to me this morning after 6 failed login attempts, for me to reset his password. (sigh)
Upon resetting his password, he is getting a screen that his login is locked for a total of 30 minutes (only 26 remaining) due to 6 failed login attempts.
Is there any way around this? Otherwise, he is going to remain pacing in front of my desk for the next half hour.
