Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Emailing from transactions
Hi folks,
On the UK 2007.0.5 version. Now when a user sends an email from any transaction, NetSuite appends the following line underneath the text of the message...
{Company Name}, VAT Registration Number
I presume this has something to do with the EU ruling about having your company name and registration number on electronic communications.
Slight problem there - it doesn't appear to be configurable!!! Our clients are all subsidiaries of the parent company and have their own individual VAT numbers which are auto-populated by script from the employee / location record.
Now that this message has appeared, they are saying that the feature is unusable...they used to use this for every estimate and sales order they created.
