Sales Tax on New orders
I was told this was fixed in 07 but it does not seem to be. Our internet sales tax rate is never set to Not Taxible for out of nexus sales, making us do it manualy and forcing us to recaculate shipping costs, etc.
i have checked, Enable lookup, customers default to taxable, items defalut to taxable, charge out of district sales tax, per line taxes on transactions, charge tax per customer basis, default tax code is MA, and I have tried both tax groups only and tax items only. I have two states with zips imported.
I was told after many hours on the phone with support that my setup was correct (pre 07) but there was an issue that would be fixed in the new version. There new version has not fixed it for me.
