Exchange rates between accounts

We have accounts in different currencies...When looking at accounts, the exchange rates are all out of whack.

For example we have 3,100.00 Euros at 1.366, but Netsuite is showing that account has (469.00) USD {negative .15ish rate!!?!) ...It just doesn't make any sense.

This of course makes the balance sheet completely innacurate and the concern is that this bubbles down to throwing off average cost prices for our entire inventory.

Any one else having issues like this?
