Ver 2007.1 Customer Dashboard Inconsistency
This is truly hard to believe! Why would you deliberately design the Customer Dashboard to display inconsistent data between the Transaction Portlet and the KPIs!?!?

[SIZE=3]Customer Dashboard Transactions Roll-Up[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]The Transactions portlet on a customer dashboard now includes transactions for the [/SIZE]customer’s related jobs and subcustomers. This feature ensures that transactions associated with jobs and subcustomers roll up on the customer dashboard in the same manner that they roll up on the customer record.
Note that customer dashboard KPIs generally do not include this rollup in their totals. However, when the Accept Payments Through Top-Level Customer preference is enabled, the
