Memorized transactions going from automatic to reminder

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:45PM in General

Anyone having this problem with memorized transactions.  This highlights why this method for billing people on a monthly basis really ****s.  There is no audit trail, forecasting ability, management oversight, etc. on memorized transactions.  The no audit trail is the big problem because you have these types of interactions with support.  Billing schedules would not work because our customers sign up and are billed on a monthly basis until they cancel.

From my Admin Manager
Case 608643

TT Butch (Dan Nagel) - Tried to tell me that someone went in and changed this option from Auto to Reminder.  I told him that did not happen, due to the fact that I am the one who adjusts Mem Tx and I would have remembered if I went in and arbitrarily changed 170 Mem Tx for no reason (Yes, I had to state it like that because he kept repeating that someone must have changed them, and that even his higher-ups would say that).

Howdy, Stranger!
