Can Not Create and Save New Customer Record

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:44PM in General 3 comments

Since V2007 was released we can not create and save a new (not existing) customer record. Regardless if the relationship is a lead/prospect/customer, once the data is in and clicking SAVE results in " An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information".  I taken out our custom form for the "Standard Customer Form", logging in from various computers, roles, etc. to no avail.  We are into our 4th year of NS.

The only work around I currently have is to create a new customer record from our web site as if we was a customer ordering from our website (we later edit it properly with all the details from within NS). I do not know what we would do if we were not using the online store functionality.

Howdy, Stranger!
