Problems with New Global Search Features
Two new 2007.0 global search features have been inconsistent for me: adding plus to the end of a global search to include inactive records and using a double colon to open the global search results in a new tab. Sometimes the + suffix doesn't pull inactive records. Sometimes the :: separator opens the results in a new tab, sometimes in the same tab, and sometimes in a different tab (but not a new one). Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to make these problematic behaviors repeatable. I love both of these features so I'm crushed whenever they flop.
