Wrong times on time reports

Hello,

We have custom fields to record start and finish time on our time entries (We pay according to day and time so duration is not sufficient).

Since latest version these times show up San Mateo NOT Sydney Aus in reports, they are fine in searches. Payroll is now big headache!

Anyone else having grief in this area? - how to fix - is there an issue/case I can get attached too?
