item vs item #
I was just upgraded last night to 2007.1, and I went into customization to flip on the sort by item # feature.
I discovered that there is "item" and there is "item #".
Upon testing, I discovered that "item" is the item # in the item file, at least that is what is printed on the picking ticket.
and "item #" on the picking ticket is blank, and does not seem to be connected to any data in the item file.
Soooo, if "item" is the "item #" from the item file,
what the heck is "item #" ??
