No access to “Set Up Shipping” for FedEx & UPS Integration
Before the 2007.0.5 release, we were able to have staff members with “full access” swap back and forth from FedEx and UPS by going into Setup > Accounting Preferences area and changing the Shipping Integration Carrier – this work-around enabled them to toggle between FedEx and UPS under their rights assigned. Now, it appears that the Shipping Integration Carrier selection has been moved to the Setup > Set Up Shipping > Preferences location which is now giving the same staff members a “Permission Violation: only the administrator may access this page” error.
We need to setup a role that has the rights to Set Up Shipping, but cannot seem to do this except for the administrator. We need to be able to setup rights for Set Up Shipping (or maybe Setup Accounting) for someone other than just the administrator – how can we do this?
