What are all of the "add-ons" available?

Everytime I as sales what other modules are available I invariable get the following question to the question, "well what do you want to do?"

(Not the best sales approach if you ask me, I would just send out the Chinese menu of add-ons and make myself available for questions on each module, but who am I anyway.  Just a paying customer you know....not that important)

I would just like to see a simple list of things that can be added.....
