Voided checks not updating bank balance
Help! We were upgraded over the weekend. What setting regarding voided checks changed for me when we were upgraded?
I voided 2 checks today. In my bank register, the amount of these checks are still being deducted from my bank balance. We don't require approvals for Journal Entries, so the voided check should be deducted from the balance. If I click on the check, the check shows as voided.
I apologize if someone else had a similar thread recently. I swear I read someone having a similar problem, but I can't find the answer.
