Outlook 2007 (create contact in N.S.)

When creating a contact or customer in NetSuite from an email in Outlook the customer is created but they are unsubscribed from all subscriptions by default. This is bad in that we will have to send a subscribe email first to any customer created from Outlook.

Solution: Create the customer in NetSuite and then export the message to the customer record in N.S.

Is there a way to change the subscription status to subcribe to all by defualt when creating a contact record from Outlook to N.S.

Otherwise this feature is unusable.
