Custom Reporting

Since being migrated to Version 2008 Release 1, a large custom report I created using the prior version has ceased to run correctly. The report should generate around 2,000 lines of account detail. With the new version, I'm only getting a fraction of the entire detail - about 250 lines.

Does anyone know if new file size limits were created in v 2008? I've tried recreating the report from scratch, but that didn't seem to work.

Thanks for any advice you might have. I need this report to work!
