Outlook 2.0 beta

I've read several Netsuite articles saying to try the Outlook 2.0 beta to sync contacts and calendar correctly with Outlook 2007 and Vista. The intellisync product always errors out and half of the time duplicates evrything on my calendar. So anyways your articles say to try the 2.0 beta, but I can't find a link to download it anywhere. Where is it and when will it be a RC?
